Currumbin State School offers a vibrant Extra-Curricular Dance program with six before-school dance groups.

Our students are taught by professional choreographers from Signature Dance Studios, Ignyte4Kids, and the PBC Dance Excellence program.
Students learn choreography across a range of styles, including Jazz, Hip Hop, Lyrical, and Acrobatics. Throughout the year, our dance groups compete in Gold Coast eisteddfods and perform at both community and school events.
We also offer recreational dance classes and provide opportunities for students to collaborate with the PBC Dance Department, further enriching their performing arts experience. Auditions for the following year are held in November/December each year.
